Chilaquiles and arroz con leche take me back to cooking in the kitchen with my mom, grandma, and great grandma. Since then, I’ve veganized these two childhood favorites to include all of the love and none of the animal products! We’ll even make the enchilada sauce from scratch. Join us in making a meal that will nourish body and soul.
