Eggplant Parmesan celebrates everything in our summer gardens: shiny purple eggplants, an abundance of juicy red tomatoes, and sweet basil. Layers of creamy eggplant encased in a crispy breadcrumb coating are nestled among ooey gooey mozzarella and rich, homemade tomato sauce. You’ll make this sauce again and again – big batches can be frozen for year round eating. Join us for a Summer meal sure to please!

Everyone who registers will be emailed a recording of the class. Please allow us a few days to send this out. This is a great option for folks who cannot attend the live class, but still want to participate!
