In this hands-on class you will make traditional french macarons from scratch. Learn all the essentials of how to make these challenging meringue-based cookies yourself. You will also be given a wealth of tips and troubleshooting techniques to achieve a great macaron while baking in a home kitchen.
Appropriate for students with strong baking skills or anyone up for a new challenge!
