Gazpacho – $5 Summer Soups or Salads

Gazpacho is a Spanish soup made from raw summer produce and eaten cold – no oven necessary! We’ll give you the option to make homemade croutons, but this refreshing and light soup is a star in its own right. Gazpacho makes veggies approachable and keeps you cool as a cucumber!
**Since this class is only 30 minutes, some ingredient preparation is required.** The prep list will be emailed to you with your confirmation and sent again 2 days before class as a reminder. Please follow instructions on the prep list so you’ll be ready when class starts.
The class handout with complete recipe will be emailed to you 2 hours before class starts on Tuesday, August 3rd at 3 pm PST.
Everyone who registers will be emailed a recording of the class. Please allow us a few days to send this out. This is a great option for folks who cannot attend the live class, but still want to participate!
