Handmade Pumpkin Ravioli

Pasta making is an essential skill for aspiring chefs and home cooks alike! Become familiar with this ancient art while celebrating the flavors of fall. This is a very hands on class, you’ll make everything from scratch alongside the class instructor. Our traditional egg pasta dough will get stuffed with a homemade cheesy roasted pumpkin and kale filling and topped with fried sage and walnuts. We won’t be using any fancy equipment so you can make this ravioli at home any time you want!

This is an in-person hands-on class. Please come prepared to work with your fellow participants to make this special meal.
