Intro to Fall Baking: Warming Breakfast Baked Goods

Welcome the fall season into your kitchen by baking up some cozy breakfast treats. We will make an all purpose spiced muffin with seasonal fruit and a loaf of cinnamon raisin bread. While things are rising and baking we will talk about how to freeze these items for easy breakfasts and other ways to streamline your busy mornings.

This is a live virtual class. However, a recording of the live class will be sent to all participants. This is a great option for folks who want to take the class, but cannot attend live. Please allow us 1-3 days to get this sent out. A materials and ingredients list will be emailed to you after you register.

Two hours before class you will receive an email with the recipe. Please read over prior to the start of class.

Instructor: Laura Doyle

Laura Doyle is a cooking instructor who has been teaching classes through the Davis Food Co-op, the Peregrine School and privately for over 10 years. She teaches kids and adults basic culinary techniques, as well as baking bread and pastry, all while focusing on using local and seasonal produce instead of processed foods.
