May Brunch Club: Naturally Dyed Rainbow Crepe Cake

For May’s Brunch Club we’ll be making a naturally dyed crepe cake with light and airy whipped cream frosting. This dreamy 18-layer cake is topped with lemon curd, more whipped cream, and a pile of fresh berries. Cutting into the cake reveals rainbow layers with color from fruits, vegetables, and spices. Never made crepes? No problem! This class is beginner friendly.
