Meal Prep (Lunch and Dinner for the Week)

Meal prepping is a great way to eat healthier and save some money. We’ll focus on recipes that are veggie-forward with different kinds of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs from a variety of foods. We’ll make lunch and dinner for the whole week!
Lunch: Nourishing Roasted Vegetable Salad, Burrito Bowls with Ground Turkey
Dinner: Sesame Tempeh & Veggie Bowls, Spinach and Chicken Sausage Stuffed Peppers
Substitutions are very easy to make! Email Christine if you have specific substitution questions.
