Oktoberfest for Dinner

Servus! Join us for a traditional Bavarian dinner made from scratch. To celebrate Oktoberfest 2021 we’ll make roast pork tenderloin smothered in mustard and onions, reiberdatschi (potato pancakes) with homemade applesauce, and zwetschgenkuchen (plum cake) for dessert. No Oktoberfest is complete without beer, so dinner will be served with a flight of Oktoberfest tasters.

This is an in-person hands-on class. Please come prepared to work with your fellow participants to make this special meal.
