Piroshki Inspired Sweet Potato Pumpkins

Join us for a free virtual class! We will make cute bread pumpkins stuffed with sweet potato!
This recipe is vegetarian and is easily made vegan by using vegan butter (Melt) and sour cream (Tofutti).
You will need:
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Oil
1/2 Tbsp Yeast
3/4 Tablespoon Honey or Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 Large Sweet Potato
Salt and Pepper
1/4 Cup Parsley
1 tsp Onion Powder
Optional: Orange Food Coloring
Baking sheet and parchment paper
Small pot with steaming attachment
Food Processor or Electric Mixer (to mash potatoes)
Food Safe Twine/String
