Plant Based BBQ: Pulled Jackfruit, Jalapeño Cornbread, Rainbow Slaw

Learn how to make vegan BBQ staples from scratch: sweet and smoky bbq sauce with “pulled pork” style jackfruit, the easiest jalapeño cornbread, and a fresh & crunchy mayo-free rainbow slaw. No grill necessary! Can be made gluten free very easily.
The prep list will be emailed to you with your confirmation and sent again 2 days before class as a reminder.
The class handout with complete recipe will be emailed to you 2 hours before class starts on Friday, July 9th at 5:30 pm PST.
Everyone who registers will be emailed a recording of the class. Please allow us a few days to send this out. This is a great option for folks who cannot attend the live class, but still want to participate!
