Potsticker dumplings are perfect food-prep food! They store well in the freezer and cook up quickly! We will make vegan mushroom and sweet potato dumplings, make the dough from scratch, learn a few ways to fold the dough, and make a light and spicy sauce. These are easier than you think! Beginners encouraged.
This is an in-person hands-on class.
