Tiramisu with Homemade Ladyfingers

The word “tiramisu” comes from the Italian word meaning “cheer me up” – this class won’t disappoint! We’ll start by making ladyfingers from scratch. Next, we’ll make whipped mascarpone cream and coffee rum syrup before layering it all together and dusting generously with cocoa. Once chilled and set, this dessert is absolute luxury.
*Once the class has finished, tiramisu will need to chill for 4-24 hours before serving. Trust us, it’s worth the wait.
The prep list will be emailed to you with your confirmation and sent again 2 days before class as a reminder.
The class handout with complete recipe will be emailed to you 2 hours before class starts on Saturday, July 17th at 11:30 AM PST.
Everyone who registers will be emailed a recording of the class. Please allow us a few days to send this out. This is a great option for folks who cannot attend the live class, but still want to participate!
