Molé Verde and Amarillo are lighter in flavor and quicker to whip up than the more popular Oaxacan Molé. This makes them perfect options for warmer weather Mexican cooking! We will try these sauces over chicken and vegetables, as well as preparing a few fresh and roasted salsas to enjoy.
