We will use a low sugar pectin so you can really taste the fruit, experiment with alternative sweeteners and learn what the difference between jams, preserves and conserves are. Join us for an afternoon of jam making and go home with a jar of your very own.

Paella is a great summer party dish, whether you cook it on the stove or the grill or even the pressure cooker. Tonight we will make Paella Mixta which is one of the most popular variations using chicken and seafood. Plus we will make sangria for you to sip while we cook.
