Baking is full of all kinds of chemical reactions. Through baking breads and cakes we can learn about the process of developing gluten, how acid and fat tenderize pastries and the magic ways that eggs can transform a dish.
Hands-on class for teens ages 11-18.
This class meets from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, July 25.
