How does milk turn from liquid to cheese? Send your little cook to the Teaching Kitchen to find out and have fun doing it! We will make ricotta from scratch and turn it into fluffy gnocchi.

Hands-on class for kids ages 3-6.

This class meets from 3:45pm to 5:15pm on Tuesday, August 15. Parental attendance is not required.
