These are not the heavy, creamy dishes you know from restaurants. Southern Indian food is lighter, focusing on rice, lentils, fresh coconut and spicy soups rather than thick curries. A perfect match for warm summer weather! We will make sambar (a spicy vegetable and lentil stew), lemon rice, idlis and more.
2-hour demonstration class with tasting.
