Banh Mi is a great sandwich all year, but it's especially delightful in the summer heat. We will make our own buns, quick pickles, and fillings all from scratch. There will be both meat and vegetarian options, including meatballs, lemongrass chicken, baked tofu, and grilled vegetables.
3-hour hands on class.
Price includes complimentary glass of wine or beer for participants age 21 and older.
