Hands On: Pizza from Sicily to New York

Though it originated in Italy, pizza is now widely enjoyed and adapted around the world. We will toast trend-setters and taste-makers with a perfect wine pairing, and make thin, chewy New York-style and thick-crusted Sicilian pies to try. Everyone will leave with their own batch of dough they mixed themselves.
