Get your hands floury and learn to make a super flakey pie crust! Then dig in (with a delicious glass of wine to sip) as we learn to bake the classic Thanksgiving trio: Pumpkin, Pecan and Apple. While they cook we will talk about how to vary them for your tastes, apple selection and why pumpkin might not make the best pumpkin pie.
