Tamales are a Christmas Eve tradition, and preparing them in community is a delightful pre-Christmas activity. We’ll make three fillings (one vegetable, one meat, and one dessert) and share techniques to make this a project your family will look forward to every year. As usual, we will eat a meal together and send you home with tamales to cook or freeze.
