Soft, fluffy potato gnocchi and creamy risotto are the perfect canvases on which to showcase winter and early spring produce. Try your hand at shaping gnocchi, and learn whether or not you have to stir risotto constantly… all while enjoying a glass of some of our favorite springtime wines.
