The sister-science of Yoga, Ayurveda is the ancient Indian science of well-being. The Ayurvedic way of cooking is a preventative approach against disease, preparing fresh, simple foods for optimal digestion and absorption. In this 3 hour workshop, you’ll learn basic Ayurvedic principles and apply them through several classic recipes. We’ll make (and taste!) chai, ghee, kitcheri, takra, and a digestive spice blend.
