We’ll make a couple delicious vegetarian fillings, including classic chile and cheese and the Teaching Kitchen’s favorite, sweet potato and black bean. Tamales are a delicious Christmas Eve tradition in Mexico, and preparing them in community is a delightful pre-Christmas activity. You’ll leave confident and ready to continue this traditional practice with your friends or family each year! And we’ll send you home with tamales to cook or freeze.
