Strawberry jam is like sunshine in a jar! Come learn our favorite method for low sugar jam that really lets you taste the fruit, and go through the whole canning process. While the jam cooks, we will make a traditional Victoria Sponge, an English cake that is all about the jam in the center. Go home with a full belly and a jar for your fridge.
