Margaret is the owner and baker at W. Margaron, a Davis based bakery that makes exclusively french macarons in a rustic, real food style. Margaret grew up baking and has developed her own style of macarons over the past 10 years. She also has developed her own approach to baking using more real, whole food and eliminating highly processed, refined and problematic foods from her baking.
