Bulk	Request that we carry: Gluten Free Muesli	Response from Bulk Specialist, Mike: I do Orders in the Bulk Department and I looked into getting The Muesli in Bulk Unfortunately I looked at Five different vendors we use and none of them had that option. The only Gluten free Muesli was just the Bob’s Red Mill Little Packs in Grocery. Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll keep my eye out to see if it is ever available though Because I think it would do well. Thanks for your time.
Floral	Comment: You are selling English Ivy, please destroy it! It is invasive	Response: The Produce Manager and Floral Specialist discussed and determined the Co-op would no longer be selling this product.
Bulk	Request that we carry: Bulk Dried Lima Beans	Response: The Bulk Department contacted the customer and told her that the beans are a manufacture outage. I gave the possible date they would be back but isn’t always right.
Grocery	We always seem to out of:Santa Cruz Organic peanut butter…I am also not happy with peanut butter plastic containers for organic MaraNatha peanut butter. Is glass not available. I WILL NOT BUY PLASTIC	Email Response: “Recently Santa Cruz peanut butter went through a mandatory UPC and pack change due to them being sold to a different company. That left a gap in our ordering because of the change in UPC and order numbers. I am bringing back all available Santa Cruz Peanut butters asap. They should all be on the shelf by next week.”
Center Store	Request that we carry: Planet Oat Oatmilk Original Unsweetened	Response: Will bring in Planet Oat Unsweetened through KeHe
Grocery	Request that we carry: Amara del capo. If you don’t want to carry can you special order? Thanks	Email Response: “Thank you for your suggestion, I will try to special order this item for you if it’s available. Of course I will email you with the pricing beforehand. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.”


Grocery	Request that we carry: Paccheri (a type of pasta)	Email Response: “Thank you for your suggestion. I looked into bringing in Paccheri and it looks like there is on available for us to bring in from a brand called Seggiano. I am going to go ahead and bring it into the store, it may take a few weeks before you see it on the shelf but I will definitely bring it in.” -Forrest, Center Store Manager
Grocery	Request that we carry: Spicy Sherpa Chai Latte	Email Response: “Thanks for your suggestion! We actually just brought in Sherpa Chai! We currently have the unsweetened and traditional on aisle 12 as of today. I will get the spicy variety on the shelf by the end of next week.”- Forrest, Center Store Manager
