Vendor Appointment Request Form

Vendors with new products must request an appointment with the appropriate Buyer at the appropriate time. Please view the Category & Sub Category Review Calendar before filling out this form! Failure to check with our calendar may result in a delay in bringing your product to our store, or in a complete cancellation of your request.

Please, no phone calls or drop-in visits. Email follow up is fine, but please wait 7-10 business days to give our Buyers a chance to process your submission. We will approve your request for an appointment via email. Thank you!
