Located only 5 miles from the Co-op is Cloverleaf Farm. Their 8 acre operation consists of a farm and orchard. Cloverleaf is run by Emma Torbert, Katie Fyhrie, Kaitlin Oki, Yurytzy Sanchez and Kyle Chambers. They make sustainability a priority on their farm by using solar-panels on top of their barn to power their water pumps, using soil moisture sensors to reduce their water use, and they practice no-till farming to reduce their tractor use.
In addition to their produce they also sell a variety of the artisanal goods that they make. You can typically find a selection of the salsas, marmalades, and cordials that they make on our shelves.
