Albacore Salad and Veggies

Use veggie sticks as chips for your tuna salad!

1 Can Albacore

1/8 Cup Mayonnaise

1 small Celery Stalk, Diced

2 Tbsp Red Onion, Diced

1 Tbsp Parsley, Choppped

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Salt and Pepper

2 Bell Peppers

Preparation:
  1. Drain your can of Albacore Tuna
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Slice the bell pepper into 1/2 thick wedges
  5. Scoop up some tune with your bell pepper to eat! Yum!
