Corn Salad with Chile and Lime
Avocado and Sugar Snap Pea Salad
Cacio e Pepe Roasted Asparagus
4 links of DFC Bratwurst
2 sweet or red onions, sliced
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
4 12-oz. beer (something you enjoy, on the lighter side)
Preheat your grill (or broiler) to medium-high heat.
Combine onions, garlic powder, red pepper, and beer in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and carefully place brats into liquid. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
Drain liquid from brats and onions. Set aside onions for serving. Place brats on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes on each or until you’ve created grill marks. Serve on toasted buns with slaw, onions, and any toppings of your choice!
