Chickpea Avocado Sandwich

2 slices of bread (your Choice)

1/2 Cup of cooked chickpeas

1 Avocado

1/2 Cup of Microgreens

pinch Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder

  1. Separate the avocado and mash it with a fork on a plate.
  2. Add seasonings to the avocado.
  3. Gentle mix chickpeas and avocado in a bowl.
  4. Add chickpea to a slice of bread, add microgreens, and top with the other slice.
  5. Ready to eat!
