Chickpea Avocado Sandwich
2 slices of bread (your Choice)
1/2 Cup of cooked chickpeas
1/2 Cup of Microgreens
pinch Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder
- Separate the avocado and mash it with a fork on a plate.
- Add seasonings to the avocado.
- Gentle mix chickpeas and avocado in a bowl.
- Add chickpea to a slice of bread, add microgreens, and top with the other slice.
- Ready to eat!
