

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. Toss with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil until evenly coated.
Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared rack. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, butter (or olive oil), garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl and toss with the honey garlic glaze until evenly coated.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
