

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 5–6 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter, garlic, thyme, and oregano to the skillet. Once the butter has melted, spoon the garlic butter over the chicken thighs.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the oven and spoon the garlic butter from the skillet over the chicken. Garnish with fresh rosemary and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
