Garlic Herb Butter Top Sirloin Steak

Difficulty:

Remove steaks from the refrigerator 20–30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil and season both sides with mesquite seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and thyme. Set aside.

Skillet Method: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 4–6 minutes per side for medium-rare or 5–7 minutes per side for medium, depending on thickness.

Grill Method: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks for 4–6 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.

Transfer steaks to a plate and top each with a spoonful of garlic herb butter. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
