Thaw ham before heating. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line the bottom of the roasting pan with foil for easy cleanup. Mix maple syrup, veggie broth, and water together and add to the bottom of the pan. Place ham in the pan and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 22-25 minutes per pound* or until the meat thermometer at the center reaches 145 degrees.
Place light brown sugar, honey, spices, and marmalade in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring regularly. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until reduced by a third and thickened, about 20 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
When the ham has about 30 minutes left, remove from the oven, uncover, and baste with the warm glaze, working the glaze between the cuts in the ham wherever possible. Return the ham to the oven uncovered for roughly 30 more minutes.
Remove the ham from the oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh sprigs of rosemary and orange slices.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
*Time will vary depending on size of ham.
