Corn Salad with Chile and Lime
Masala Blend Chai
1.5 cup water
¼ tsp of Chai Masala Blend
1/2 cup or more milk of choice
1-2 black tea bags
Sugar or honey to taste
Pour water into a cookware. Add Chai Masala Blend and
let it boil in the water. Add milk and 1-2 tea bags to the
boiling water. Let it all come to a boil.
Turn off the stove and pour the chai through a strainer
into the mug. Add sugar or honey if desired. Quantity of
the spice blend can be adjusted to your taste. The quantity written in the recipe is how we make the chai.
