Masala Blend Green Peas Curry

16 oz. frozen green peas, thawed

2-3 tomatoes

2/3 cup water

1 teaspoon oil

2/3 teaspoon Curry Masala Blend

Salt as needed (the Curry Masala Blend already contains salt)

Optional: finely chopped cilantro

For serving: bread, naan, roti, rice, or pita chips

Dice the tomato.
Heat the oil in a deep skillet and add the tomatoes. Cook for 2
minutes. Add the Curry Masala Blend and mix well.
Add water and bring to a boil. Add green peas, reduce heat, and
let it simmer for 5- 8 minutes, until it all blends together and
the curry starts to thicken.
Just before serving, top with cilantro if using.
Enjoy with bread, naan, roti, white or brown rice, or pita chips.
