Milk & Honey

Making and drinking this sweet and soothing cup is like giving yourself a hug!

1 ½ cups oat milk or regular milk

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground cardamom

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Heat over medium and whisk vigorously until mixture is steaming, but not boiling, and well combined. Pour in a cup and sprinkle with additional cinnamon and cardamom.
