Overnight Baked Berry Banana French Toast
Apricot and Almond Pasta Salad
Crunchy Chicken or Chickpea Salad
4 cups water
2 cups coarsely chopped peaches
1 cup fresh lemon juice
sliced peach for garnish and snack
- Bring water and chopped peaches to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, then let sit for 20 minutes.
- Place in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill until cold.
- Strain with a sieve. Add lemon juice and ice. Garnish and serve.
