Peach Lemonade

4 cups water

2 cups coarsely chopped peaches

1 cup fresh lemon juice


sliced peach for garnish and snack

  1. Bring water and chopped peaches to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, then let sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Place in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Chill until cold.
  4. Strain with a sieve. Add lemon juice and ice. Garnish and serve.
