Peanut Butter Apple Overnight Oats

Apples and Peanut Butter, but make it a complete meal. Eat on the go or make ahead and heat for breakfast.

1½ cups almond milk or milk of choice

½ cup Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons peanut butter

1 cup rolled oats

1 large apple

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey, optional

Place the milk, yogurt and peanut butter in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Stir in the oats and cover; refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, chop the apple. Divide the oat mixture between two bowls and top with the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and, if desired, drizzle with honey.
