Plain Chia Pudding

This base chia pudding recipe can be customized to your preferences with whatever toppings or sweeteners that you like.

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 cup milk of choice, plant based or otherwise

1 teaspoon sweetener of choice(e.g. honey, maple syrup, agave)

This base recipe for chia pudding has only 3 ingredients and is so simple to make. It’s perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or even dessert. Make it your own with whatever toppings or sweeteners you like best. You can easily scale this recipe up to make extra, they keep well in the fridge for a couple of days.

1. Pour ingredients into a jar(we used an 8-ounce jar for this recipe) and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes and then mix again until there are no clumps.
2. Cover the jar and store it in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
3. When you’re ready to enjoy it add your favorite toppings!
