Pumpkin Spice White Russian

For the Pumpkin Spice Cream: 1 cinnamon stick

For the Pumpkin Spice Cream: 1 1/2 cups whole milk

For the Pumpkin Spice Cream: 2 Tbsp. pumpkin purée

For the Pumpkin Spice Cream: 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

For the Pumpkin Spice Cream: 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

Ice

2 ounces Kahlua

1 ounce vodka

3 ounces pumpkin spice cream

1 cinnamon stick

Add all ingredients for pumpkin spice cream to a sauce pan and bring to a gentle simmer, being careful not to boil.

Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes or make ahead of time and store in the fridge for use in drinks later.

When you are ready to make the drink, fill your glass with ice. Add 2 oz. Kahlua and 1 oz. vodka to each glass with ice, then top each with 3 oz. of pumpkin spice cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
