Salad Pizza with Roasted Garlic
Use your favorite store-bought dough and this pizza is a weeknight dream come true!
Your favorite store-bought pizza dough, rested on your counter for 30 miuntes
1/2-1 cup prepared pizza sauce
4 oz romano cheese, shaved
2 oz prosciutto, torn
all of the cloves from a roasted head of garlic*
2 oz arugula
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Juice from half a lemon
Salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven to 400°F or follow pizza dough instructions. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a well floured surface, roll out rested pizza dough until desired thickness is achieved. Spread the sauce over the crust and top with Romano cheese and roasted garlic cloves. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or according to dough instructions, until it is crisp.
- While the crust bakes toss the arugula, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and a pinch each of salt and pepper in a bowl. When the crust is hot and crisp, top with the arugula salad and prosciutto. Serve immediately.
