Smoked Salmon Dip

7 oz smoked salmon (or trout)

7 oz full fat cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup fresh dill , roughly chopped

1/2 garlic clove , minced

1 1/2 tsp lemon zest (1 lemon)

1 – 2 tbsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt and pepper

Add all ingredients to a food processor, starting with 1/2 the lemon juice and zest and less salt. Pulse until fairly smooth, scrapping down the sides as needed. Add more lemon and salt to taste. Serve with crackers, bread and veggies.
