Summer Day Coffee Smoothie
Quick and easy! Minimal ingredients but room for creativity!
1 frozen banana
2-4 tbsp Cold brew or Espresso
1/2 cup ice
3/4 non-dairy milk
optional add-ins: 1tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp maca, 1 tsp vanilla protein powder, 1-2 pitted dates)
Add all ingredients to a a blend and blend until smoother! Add more non-dairy milk if needed.
Yield: 2 servings
