Overnight Baked Berry Banana French Toast

Vegan 10 Layer Dip
3.35 oz. package Plant Boss Mild Plant Taco Meatless Crumbles
2 Tbsp. avocado or other neutral oil
2 cups water
2 ripe avocados
1 tsp fresh lime juice
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cups vegan sour cream (try Forager!)
15 oz. can vegan refried beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded vegan cheese
1 tomato, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Tortilla chips for serving
Cook Mild Meatless Crumbles with oil and 2 cups of cool water, according to package directions, and chill.
Remove skins and pits from avocados. Mash avocados with a fork in a bowl. Then mix in lime juice and salt. Set aside.
Spread refried beans in a 9×13-inch serving dish. Top with prepared guacamole, prepared Plant Boss Crumbles, sour cream, salsa, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and black olives.
Serve at room temperature or chilled from the fridge with tortilla chips.
