March 27th’s Catch: Black Cod

It’s the last Seafood Friday of 2026 and we’re offering something special! Black Cod, you may know it as Butterfish, is $12.99/pound, this Friday only! Black Cod has a rich, buttery flavor and velvety texture thanks to a high omega-3 fatty acid content, making it difficult to overcook. It pairs well with miso, teriyaki, lemon, and sweet glazes.
