Looking to change the way you nourish your body? Smoothies are a great option for delivering a ton of nutrients to your system while also being really tasty and generally easier to digest. Many of the ingredients in these recipes are on sale this month too! Sales mentioned in this post are current through 1/19/21.

Acai Bowl 

Blended

1 cup Cascadian Farm frozen strawberries

½ cup Cascadian Farm frozen blueberries

1 banana

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 tsp Navitas Organics acai powder

¼ cup C2O pure coconut water

Toppings

½ cup Cascadian Farm ancient grain granola

Sliced banana

Honey or maple syrup drizzle

Optional: fresh fruit, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut shreds

Blend together frozen strawberries, blueberries, banana, honey, acai powder, and coconut water. Blend until thick and creamy. You may need to add more coconut water if your blender is having trouble – start with 1 tbsp at a time. 

Pour into a bowl and top with granola, banana, honey, and any other toppings you’d like!

Green Smoothie

¾ cup C2O pure coconut water

1 frozen banana

½ cup Cascadian Farm frozen mango

2 cups spinach

½ avocado

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Substitute 1 cup of frozen spinach instead of fresh. 

Add a tsp or two of acai to boost anti-inflammatory properties!

Sooth Body & Mind Smoothie 

½ cup Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk

½ cup Knudsen’s carrot, ginger, turmeric juice

1 banana

1 cup Cascadian Farm frozen mango

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ashwagandha

Optional: ½ cup  Cascadian Farm frozen strawberries

1 cup spinach

⅛ tsp cayenne

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Workout Recovery Smoothie

¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill rolled oats

1 frozen banana

½ cup Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tbsp Justin’s almond butter

1-2 dates, pitted 

½ tsp cinnamon

⅛ tsp salt

Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder

½ cup Cascadian Farm frozen strawberries

1 tbsp Navitas Organics cacao nibs

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with additional peanut butter and cacao nibs for a real treat! 

Secretly Green Smoothie

½ cup Thai Kitchen lite coconut milk

¾ cup Cascadian Farm frozen blueberries

1-2 dates, pitted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp Navitas Organics chia seeds

1 tsp Navitas Organics hemp seeds

1 tsp Navitas Organics maca powder

1 cup spinach

1 cup kale, stems removed

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
